First marketing hire at a Series A SaaS company. Built the function solo, then grew a team. Now sources roughly a third of new closed-won revenue. Designed an AI-native stack so a tiny team ships the output of a much larger one.

A trade show that paid for itself many times over
Owned flagship presence at the industry's biggest show: keynote sponsorship, a 20-ft video wall, and an off-site networking event. Returned 10:1 pipeline-to-spend and hundreds of event leads.
Re-architecting attribution and CRO
Migrated attribution from first-touch to multi-touch, built an executive dashboard, and reallocated budget to channels clearing the ROI bar. Ran a CRO program that helped organic search become the top source of new deals.
